• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse.

If any suspicious activity is detected, k9 game may place the account under investigation and temporarily freeze the associated funds.

K9 game reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or account closure).
• Due to legal obligations.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided there is no evidence of a terms violation.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting support.

K9 game is not liable for the following:

• Losses from bets or games caused by an internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party service failures (e.g., payment gateway outages).
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from password sharing.
• Losses resulting from unexpected technical failures.

Dispute Resolution: For any dispute, please contact our support team first. If the issue remains unresolved, a formal complaint may be submitted. k9 game aims to respond to all complaints within 30 business days.
